So many choices for breakfast: cereal and pastries. Units with very big terrace. Unbeatable location still in a lively neighborhood, and 15 minute walk from a historic gate. And near bar, cafe below as well as the Old Town of Jerusalem.

The location of this hotel was superb it was within walking distance the all the major sites. The staff was unbelievably, courteous, helpful, and friendly. The room had all the modern amenities and was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was delicious. I can’t find anything negative to say about this hotel, I can only sing its praises!. I will undoubtedly make this hotel my home in Jerusalem. I come to this city annually and there is absolutely no doubt in my mind that this will be my home while in Jerusalem. Sincerely Mira Mayer

Our stay at the Jerusalem Inn was wonderful. Our room was spacious and lovely, with a large bathroom, plenty of sitting room, and a small refrigerator. Our cable wasn't working the first night but the hotel staff worked to make sure it was fixed immediately. Everyone working at the hotel was extremely helpful, helping us arrange for a tour, securing a taxi to take us back to the Allenby bridge, and giving us general advice about the city. The hotel is truly in the perfect location - close to the old city, but right in the heart of modern Jerusalem. We are looking forward to staying there again on our next trip to Jerusalem!
The hotel's location is wonderful, but the close proximity to restaurants and bars can make it a bit noisy at night. The beds and linens were great, but please note that double beds are simply two twin beds pushed together with separate sheets and blankets. Completely common in Israel, even in the fanciest hotels, but can be a bit uncomfortable with the separation down the center.

The location right near a major street in the new town but within walking distance to the old city makes it ideal. The night manager was very nice and helpful. When we expressed a problem with the room, she immediately changed it to a better one. The breakfast voucher sent us to a nearby cafe that served a very comprehensive meal with eggs, juice, etc. Compard to other hotels in Jerusalem, the price was reasonable.
The rooms, beds, and bathroom are really, really tiny. The first room we were sent to had a bed that absolutely couldn't sleep two adults even if they were madly in love. The second room had two beds pushed together and that was livable but they were smaller than standard sized twin beds. My husband had to open the bathroom door to use the sink. This all said, it was clean, friendly, and nicely decorated.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the city center close to the Old City, the light rail station and a neighboring large bar / restaurant. There was an outdoor restaurant nearby

Excellent location. The room is clean, and everything (heat, tv, shower, toilet) were working well. Breakfast was good (having to walk outside the hotel for breakfast, if the weather is bad, could be a bit unpleasant, but food and service were good.) Beds were good.
Would be good to have a small soap and shampoo available (there were soap dispensers, but one was empty and the other almost empty.) All hotels at this level have at least that, so you come to expect it and not carry a bar of soap with you. It's a small thing, but makes a difference. Also, the receptionists varied, one was very pleasant, the other didn't even look up when we entered.

Its a nice place, although the bathroom plumbing was atrocious...think flooded floors. A pretty average breakfast is served around the corner at a cafe... room itself was nice and staff were too
Spent more time mopping up the bathroom than actually showering...
